Oklahoma weather

Over half a million people are reported to be without power this morning. Our water treatment plant is apparently without power, and the city is borrowing water from surrounding towns. And now the latest concern – carbon monoxide poisoning from people without electricity trying to heat their homes.  While the ice is probably starting to melt, it doesn’t strike me as a good day to be out, with tree limbs to dodge and rain and fog to hamper visibility. But campus is supposed to open and exams are supposed to proceed normally.
